VNTR is a global community of professional investors offering an investor platform, an exclusive club, a syndicate, a secondary marketplace, and a network of 30+ chapters with over 5,000 active members. Our mission is to build the world’s largest trusted investor community, providing a secure and collaborative space for investors to connect, co-invest, and grow together.

We host 100+ in-person events annually, connecting investors at premier tech and crypto conferences worldwide. In addition, we deliver 100+ online events, including investor education sessions, masterminds, roundtables, investment committees, and speed networking, creating a trusted space for growth, collaboration, and new connections.

VNTR Club is an exclusive membership for seasoned private investors, VC funds, CVCs, family offices, and active LPs. The club is dedicated to expanding member networks, promoting peer-to-peer learning, enabling deal syndication, and fostering a collaborative environment for mutual growth and support.

The VNTR Syndicate co-invests on a deal-by-deal basis in opportunities sourced by VNTR Club members. It provides access to high-quality, vetted investment opportunities, enabling seamless co-investment for the community.

The VNTR Chapter Director plays a vital role in developing and expanding the VNTR investor community within their region. As a super-connector, they foster the growth of the local venture capital ecosystem while delivering premium services and high-quality investment opportunities to VNTR members.

As a VNTR Chapter Director, you will:

  • Represent Your Region: Act as VNTR’s key representative, connecting your local ecosystem with the global investor community and fostering strong regional engagement.
  • Build a Thriving Local Investor Community: Expand VNTR’s presence by hosting exclusive investor events and building partnerships with the local VC ecosystem.
  • Position Yourself as a Leader: Establish yourself as a recognized leader and trusted super-connector within the venture ecosystem, bringing together investors, startups, and key stakeholders.
  • Master Community Building: Acquire expertise in building a vibrant investor community, effectively engaging members, and supporting the VNTR ecosystem’s growth.
  • Enhance Skills: Develop proficiency in business development, relationship building, partnerships, sponsorship sales, event organization, moderation, and community engagement.
  • Learn VC Fundamentals: Gain hands-on experience in managing investor relationships, syndicating capital from accredited investors, and raising funds for VNTR-backed deals or regional VC initiatives.
  • Launch a Regional Micro-Fund: Partner with VNTR to create a micro-fund that co-invests in your region's high-potential pre-seed and seed-stage startups.
  • Participate in Exclusive Annual Events: Join VNTR retreats and summits tailored for Chapter Directors, offering opportunities to network, collaborate, and strategize for success with peers and HQ leadership.
Responsibilities
  • Build a Leading Investor Community: Establish and grow a premier investors’ network in your region.
  • Host Exclusive Events: Work with the VNTR team to deliver engaging events and experiences that drive community growth.
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Forge relationships with organizations, investor communities, and leading tech conferences to amplify VNTR’s presence.
  • Onboard and Support Members: Guide new members through onboarding and provide ongoing support to ensure their active participation.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Promote and sell VNTR premium services, memberships, and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Facilitate Member Connections: Foster meaningful relationships by connecting members based on their interests, goals, and investment focus.
  • Share Investment Opportunities: Present high-quality investment opportunities to community members.
  • Syndicate Funds: Lead efforts to syndicate capital into VNTR Syndicate deals and facilitate co-investments.
Qualifications

This role is ideal for ambitious entrepreneurs and professionals looking to transition into a full-time career in Venture Capital. As a Regional Partner, you will launch, grow, and scale the VNTR business model in your region, driving growth in the local investor ecosystem while achieving rewarding professional and personal development.

We’re looking for:

  • Entrepreneurs with proven experience or successful exits.
  • Professionals passionate about Venture Capital, eager to grow their networks and actively engage with the VC ecosystem.
  • Community Builders with a drive to foster meaningful connections and accelerate regional growth.
  • Aspiring VC Leaders looking to launch a syndicate or micro-fund, even if they don’t have prior VC experience.

Preferred qualifications include a strong network, public speaking expertise, and experience in partnerships or ecosystem development.

Commitment Expectations

  • A minimum 2-year leadership commitment as a VNTR Chapter Director.
  • A 10+ year commitment if leading a VNTR VC fund.

Note: This role requires significant focus, time, and dedication. We seek candidates with established passive income or financial stability to sustain their efforts during the first two years of building a VNTR chapter.

Earn profit-sharing from various revenue streams generated through chapter activities:

  • Event Sponsorships: Share profits from sponsorships secured for local and global VNTR events.
  • Corporate Partnerships: Receive a share of revenue from annual corporate partnerships established through your chapter.
  • VNTR Club Memberships: Earn from memberships sold within your region and collaborate with the HQ team to manage and grow VNTR Club memberships.
  • Syndicated Deals: Earn profit share from syndicate administration fees and a share of the carried interest from successful syndicated deals.
  • Secondary Marketplace Transactions: Participate in revenue sharing from transactions facilitated through VNTR’s secondary marketplace.
  • Regional Fund Leadership: If a regional fund is launched, gain a Partner or General Partner position and share in the fund’s carried interest.

This exclusive 4-week online program equips Chapter Directors with the tools, strategies, and insights to expand VNTR’s global investor community within their regions.

Through structured learning, interactive workshops, and actionable assignments, participants will:

  • Develop a 12-month roadmap to build and scale a thriving VNTR chapter.
  • Learn to organize and deliver exclusive investor-only events that foster engagement.
  • Gain the skills to strengthen networks, build partnerships, and position VNTR as a leading investor hub in their region.

Upon successfully completing the program, Chapter Directors will work closely with the VNTR HQ team to execute their strategy and establish a thriving VNTR chapter, fostering a strong and engaged investor community in their region.
