As Corporate Sales Manager at VNTR, you will lead sponsorship sales, develop corporate partnerships, and manage relationships with high-level partners. This role is pivotal to VNTR’s growth, focusing on creating value-driven collaborations that expand our community and enhance engagement with our fast-growing network of investors and HNWIs.

Working closely with the events, marketing, and investment teams, you will design and implement tailored sponsorship and partnership strategies, delivering both financial and strategic value to VNTR and its ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Develop Sales Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive sponsorship and corporate partnership strategy encompassing VNTR’s events, programs, and community initiatives.
  • Identify and Secure Partners: Target and engage potential sponsors and corporate partners, building strong relationships and securing agreements with corporations and brands aligned with VNTR’s mission.
  • Tailor Partnership Packages: Design customized partnership packages that align with VNTR’s goals and deliver value to both events and activations.
  • Manage Partner Relationships: Act as the primary liaison for corporate partners, ensuring effective communication, alignment of expectations, and seamless delivery of partnership benefits.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with VNTR’s events, club, and marketing teams to integrate sponsorship and partnership initiatives into the broader strategy.
  • Track and Report Results: Analyze and report the performance of partnerships, including financial outcomes and alignment with VNTR’s brand objectives.
  • Maximize Partner Value: Ensure corporate partners gain maximum benefit through targeted exposure, networking opportunities, and meaningful integration with VNTR’s community initiatives.
  • Leverage Global Network: Tap into VNTR’s international investor community to attract multinational partners and create global partnership opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years in corporate sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally in the venture capital, events, or startup ecosystem.
  • Proven Success: Track record of securing high-value contracts with corporates and well-known brands.
  • Proposal Development: Skilled in creating sponsorship packages and managing partner relationships to deliver promised outcomes.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of venture capital, startups, or investments is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging senior executives across industries.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to manage multiple partnerships while maintaining professionalism.
  • Adaptability: Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage timelines and multitask effectively.
