As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Content Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our global events and membership services.

The Marketing Content Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive membership growth, event attendance, brand visibility, and revenue. This role requires a creative, hands-on leader who can manage end-to-end marketing activities across multiple channels (digital, social, email, etc.), promote our events, and create compelling campaigns to attract high-level investors and business professionals.

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Implement marketing strategies to promote membership services and events.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns focused on driving membership growth, event ticket sales, and partnerships.
  • Manage integrated marketing activities across digital platforms, including social media, website, email, and paid advertising.

Event Marketing:

  • Promote investor events to maximize engagement and attendance.
  • Create marketing plans for each event, covering pre-event, on-site, and post-event communications.
  • Work closely with the events team to ensure marketing aligns with event objectives and branding.

Membership & Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to design initiatives that drive membership acquisition and retention.
  • Develop marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and sales kits, to support the sales team in engaging prospective members and partners.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Create content, including blog posts, press releases, and videos, to build the company’s brand and positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce thought leadership content that resonates with the target audience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with teams across the organization, including events, sales, and partnerships, to ensure alignment and success on marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing
  • Proven track record in event marketing, digital marketing, and membership-based businesses
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience event marketing for international audiences
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and adapt to new trends
