Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team. As an intern, you will provide essential support to various departments and assist with day-to-day tasks. This internship offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience, develop new skills, and contribute to the success of the team.

Responsibilities

Assist with administrative tasks and general office duties.
Support team members in ongoing projects and daily operations.
Conduct research and compile reports as needed.
Help organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and team discussions.
Assist with data entry, document management, and other clerical tasks.
Provide input and ideas to improve processes and procedures.
Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or department head.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications, etc.).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM software and Notion
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team environment.
Basic research and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
